Introducing Jane Taylor, Psychotherapist and Energy Healing Practitioner

Hi, I'm Jane Taylor, a psychotherapist and energy healing practitioner. I'm passionate about helping people heal in mind, body, soul and spirit. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal themselves, and I'm here to support you on your journey.

My Story

I've always been interested in the human mind and spirit. I spent a lot of my career working in the hospitality industry and then as a lecturer in Further Education, but I always felt like there was something more I was meant to do. In 2015, I decided to begin my journey and retrain as an integrative counsellor. I then went on to complete further studies to qualify as a psychotherapist.

During my training, I learned about a variety of different therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, eco-therapy, visualisation and mindfulness-based therapy. I also learned about energy healing modalities, such as Seichem, Reiki, psychospiritual and therapeutic shamanism.

I've been working as a therapist for the past 5 years. I've helped people with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, stress, chronic pain, and relationship problems.

My Approach

I believe that everyone's journey to healing is unique and that what works for one person may not work for another. I tailor my approach to each individual client, taking into account their personal needs and goals. That's why I take the time to get to know each of my clients and to introduce ways of working that is right for them. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, release trauma, and connect with your inner wisdom.

I offer a variety of holistic therapy services, including:

  • Therapy sessions: I work with clients to explore what they wish to work on and to support them to develop new coping mechanisms.

  • Energy healing: I use my hands to channel healing energy into the body, to help relieve pain, stress, and emotional imbalances, and that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being.

  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique): A simple tapping technique that can be used to release negative emotions and limiting beliefs.

  • Mind Your Mind Techniques: A set of tools and techniques to help you manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

  • Dowsing: I use this ancient skill to access inner wisdom and gain clarity.

  • Shamanism: I use shamanic healing techniques to help my clients to connect with their spirit guides and ancestors, and to clear any energetic blocks that may be contributing to their pain.

I'm passionate about helping people to live their best lives, and I believe that holistic therapy can play a powerful role in that journey.
