Cancellation Policy

Workshop Cancellation Policy Registration and Payment. Please contact us to register your interest. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space in the workshop. The specific amount of the deposit will be clearly stated in the workshop description. Full payment for the workshop is due at least 14 days before the workshop date. Cancellations by Participants - Should you need to cancel your space for any reason, a refund will only be issued if your place can be filled by another participant. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if your spot can be filled by another participant. The non-refundable deposit will be retained. Cancellations by Taylor-Made Therapy. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes necessitate the cancellation of a workshop. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, we will- Notify participants as soon as possible via email and phone (if possible). Offer a full refund of any fees paid for the workshop, including the deposit. Work with participants to reschedule them for a future workshop (if desired and space allows). We regret to inform you that we cannot accept liability for any additional losses incurred, such as pre-booked accommodation or travel arrangements, in the event of the workshop cancellation by us.
