Emotional Dowsing Techniques

You can be supported in starting to release these emotions and core beliefs through Emotional Dowsing Techniques (EDT). Using the ancient skills of dowsing and working with your subconsciousness mind, giving your conscious mind a much needed break from trying to process what is going on for you.
As you experience life, the body and brain store up and hoard emotions, core beliefs and ways of reacting to situations, often forming patterns that keep you stuck in the same place, These unprocessed thoughts, feeling and emotions could be keeping you in the cycle of unwanted behaviours and this can have a negative impact on your health and wellbeing.
EDT is a way in which you can connect to your subconscious mind, using a dowsing pendulum and words. There are power in words that may have been said to you in the past and by working with those and rephrasing them, you can help to change your future and move forward without the limiting beliefs and stuck emotions that your mind, body and soul may be holding on to.
It is a powerful way to identify, remove and clear hidden emotions without having to explain or revisit that time in your life, helping you to regain control over how you feel, react and deal with life's challenges. It can be an effective way to work with events that you may have had in your life, recently or during your childhood that maybe have a memory attached to them, that is unhelpful and could be impacting on how you see yourself now. It can help with many issues such as trauma, depression, grief, anxiety and head clutter.
EDT helps you to identify and discover anything that is outdated or stuck, allowing it to be released. This can bring about a sense of calm, peace and spaciousness. Enhancing your life by removing thoughts and emotions that are no longer serving you, increasing your self confidence and help you to achieve your full potential.

Some clients notice a change after just one session; it is not necessary for you to have a particular belief system for EDT to be experienced and you do not need to have any knowledge of dowsing.

I am able to combine EDT with Counselling, Psychotherapy or Energy Healing, where we can use it to work with deeper issues that you may wish to explore. You may choose to have a session with me as part of your own personal development or out of pure curiosity.
